We are looking for someone who wants to inspire children born between 2008-2016 to develop as floorball players!

In the role of head coach, you will be responsible for a team with two practices and one match per week, where the individual development journey for each player is the focus. In addition to the ongoing operations, you will also be responsible for the team's long-term development, seasonal planning, selection of teams for matches, and designing training programs. You will also actively collaborate with other leaders in the club and with the club's Sports Director to develop the operations while receiving active support. The role is well-suited to combine with studies or other work.

You who are applying should

• have experience working with children and youth
• have several years of experience in floorball, either as a player or coach
• be well-structured and able to communicate clearly with both parents and players
• be self-driven, take initiatives, and not be afraid to take charge
• be interested in contributing to the overall development of the operations

It is also advantageous if you

• have formal coaching education, in floorball or another sport

Salary and conditions

• Immediate hiring
• Compensation 130-250 SEK/hour, based on relevant previous experience
• Hourly employment of about 10% per team, with the possibility to be responsible for multiple teams
